UK Spouse & Partner Visa 2026 | Requirements & Application Help

Bring your spouse or partner to the UK. Expert help with financial requirements, evidence of relationship, and spouse visa applications.

Begin Your Life Together in the United Kingdom

The Spouse & Partner visa allows British citizens and those with settled status in the UK to bring their loved one to live with them permanently. The route covers spouses, civil partners, and unmarried partners. We assist with the agreed application work through to the Home Office decision, subject to the scope set out in your client care letter. Approval cannot be guaranteed.

Unmarried partners must demonstrate a relationship similar to marriage or civil partnership for at least two years before applying. Cohabitation is relevant evidence, but a qualifying relationship may also be established where the couple has been unable to live together, for example because of work, study or cultural circumstances.

We assist with straightforward partner applications under the five-year route. Cases requiring human rights representations, exceptions to the ordinary requirements or work beyond our authorisation are referred appropriately.
