Global Talent Visa UK

Get endorsed for the UK Global Talent visa. Expert support for tech, research, arts & academia leaders, no job offer or sponsor needed.

For Leaders and Future Leaders in Tech, Research, Arts & Academia

The Global Talent visa is one of the most flexible and prestigious routes into the UK, reserved for individuals recognised as leaders, or emerging leaders, in digital technology, science, engineering, humanities, medicine, arts, or culture. Unlike the Skilled Worker visa, it requires no job offer and no sponsoring employer, giving you complete freedom to work for any organisation, run your own business, or work as self-employed once in the UK.

The route runs through a two-stage process: first, endorsement from a Home Office-approved Endorsing Body relevant to your field (such as Tech Nation, UKRI, Arts Council England, or the Royal Society), and second, the visa application itself. The endorsement stage is where most applications succeed or fail — it demands compelling evidence of recognition, achievement, and future contribution to your field in the UK.

Global Talent applicants usually need endorsement from the approved body for their field before obtaining a visa. A qualifying prestigious prize may provide an alternative route without endorsement. The endorsing body and the Home Office make separate decisions.

How We Get You There

We assess eligibility and the available evidence before confirming whether we can assist with a straightforward Global Talent matter. Work requiring complex representations, disputed evidence or a challenge to a decision will be referred to an appropriately authorised provider.

Eligibility & Endorsement Strategy

We assess your career achievements, publications, awards, and field of work to identify the right endorsing body and endorsement category — the foundation of a successful application.

Document Collection & Evidence Building

We provide a detailed evidence checklist and help you build a compelling portfolio, letters of recommendation, evidence of impact, and proof of recognition in your field.

Endorsement & Visa Application Submission

We prepare and submit both your endorsement application and, once granted, your visa application, ensuring consistency and strength across both stages.

Decision & Ongoing Support

We manage all Home Office correspondence through to your visa decision, and advise on next steps including dependant visas and your accelerated route to settlement.

Benefits of the Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent visa removes the usual barriers of sponsorship and job offers, giving exceptional individuals a genuinely flexible platform to build their career and business in the UK.
