Sponsor Licence Application UK
IAA regulated immigration lawyers helping UK businesses apply for a Sponsor Licence — from eligibility checks to Home Office approval.
What Is a UK Sponsor Licence?
A Sponsor Licence is mandatory Home Office permission that allows UK businesses to recruit and employ workers from outside the UK. Without it, you cannot legally hire overseas talent on routes such as the Skilled Worker visa, Global Business Mobility visa or Senior or Specialist Worker route.
The application process is thorough, the Home Office assesses whether your business is genuine, financially stable and has the HR systems in place to meet your ongoing sponsorship duties. Getting it wrong, or submitting an incomplete application, can result in rejection and a six-month ban from reapplying.
At Waltham Law Chambers, our IAA regulated immigration advisers manage the entire process for you, so your application is complete, compliant and submitted correctly the first time.
